Currently Ginger Competitiveness Project : Enhancing Sanitary and Phytosanitary Capacity of Nepalese Ginger Exports Through Public Private Partnerships, jointly funded by Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), Standards and Trade Development Facilities (STDF) and Government of Nepal is running. The project is implemeting by Food and Agricutlure Organization (FAO) in close coordination with MoAD and MoCS along with Private Sectors. The duration of the project is 24 months (6 June, 2014).

Project Goal : To increase income level of ginger farmers by improving quality of ginger, increaseing capacity to comply with SPS requirements and market access.
